My 2011 CNY Reunion Dinner

Hey^^ Happy Chinese New Year to everyone. Hope all of you will have a blessed and prosper Year of Rabbit. This year, well I can have my 5 family members which includes me to have a CNY reunion dinner as last year my dad, my elder sister and as well as I have to work during Chinese New Year festival. What can be better when you can have your family all well and together on this auspicious day?

My family's reunion dinner is not held on the Chinese New Year Eve, its 3 day before it. Why? Haha, that day will be left for my grandparents waiting us to "balik kampung".

For our own family's reunion back home, I could say that both my parents are quite excellent cooks. Here's what we got on the dinner table.


1. Fried Asparagus with Sambal (Chili based sauce)

2. Black Pepper Pork Ribs

3. Dark Soy Prawns

4. Spicy Grilled Black Pomfret

5. Prosperity Dish =D ( Broccoli + Mushroom + Baby Abalone )

6. Deep Fried Roasted Pork Slice

And lastly, the dinner table is completed with Soup of Pork's Stomach and some desserts like drinks and fruits. Hmmm ~ those are really nice to see and nice to eat =p
